A Back to School 2010 gift from InsafeToday’s Information and Knowledge Society has opened doors to exciting new places of discovery in the world of education. Internet and Web 2.0 applications empower young learners by providing them access to a wealth of information on every subject imaginable. They enable young people to upload their own creations to internet, mixing media to achieve almost professional quality. As part of the Insafe network’s mission to promote safe and responsible use of new technology, we are happy to offer you, for the second consecutive year, a box of tools and tips to start the year off on a positive note. Insafe is a European network of Awareness Centres, Co-funded by the Safer Internet Programme, promoting safe, responsible use of the Internet and mobile devices to young people.
